Paul A. Patella, DDS

Dr Paul Patella DDS - Retired Dentist at Northeast Implant & Oral Surgery Dr. Patella is a Past President of the 9th District Dental Association. Dr. Patella has also served as a Trustee of the Board of Governors of the 9th District Dental Association and now serves as the Chairman of the Audit Budget Finance Committee of the 9th District and Chairman of the Touro Dental School Committee. Presently, Dr. Patella is a Delegate to the New York State Dental Association, and a Delegate of the American Dental Association. He has been a Lecturer at the 9th Districts continuing Education Program.

Dr. Paul Patella graduated from NYU with a BA in Biology. After attending Graduate school as a Biology Major, he attended NYU Dental School. He then went on to complete a General Dentistry Residency at the Brooklyn Veterans Hospital. He left a private general dentistry practice to complete his Oral Maxillofacial Surgery training at the Brooklyn Cumberland Hospital complex. As a resident, Dr. Patella served as the President of the Interns and Residents Association at both hospitals.

Dr. Patella is a Fellow in the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons and served as an Examiner for this association for multiple years. He is a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy (International Honor Society).

Dr. Patella has also served as the President of the White Plains Dental Forum, President of the Interservice Club of White Plains, Member of the Scarsdale Dental Society, The Eastchester Dental Society and the Lions Club of White Plains.

Dr. Patella was an Attending at the White Plains Hospital for over 25 years and has served as an Assistant Attending at St. Agnes Hospital.
